If its concrete use a pressure washer along with degreaser.

Coca Cola works, as does laundry detergent. The spot faded to where it didn't stand out, and was completely gone in a few months.

Kitty Litter. I am not kidding. Spread it on with a heavy duty broom, leave it 4 a while and sweep it up....

Brake parts cleaner and a stiff bristled plastic brush.

Spray, scrub a little, rinse with water. No need to wait or anything. I've tried a million different methods and this one is the easiest and works the best.

The only drawback to this method is that the spot where you sprayed and scrubbed will be noticably cleaner and lighter colored than the rest of the pavement.

this is the best thing to do. esp right after a spill. works wonders and is real cheap.
