Ford Manuals and SHO Training Video

Hey, was doing research on my current Lincoln project when I came across this....

You can download Ford Manuals(Festy is there), download the whole image and mount using daemon tools or just burn it. and there is even a training video on the 1996 Ford Taurus SHO. Thought I would share the info.

im confused on how it works i downloaded a zip and it took 2 seconds doesnt seem right what do you use to view these files?
