  • Rear window washer hook up

Well I did something today that Ive been putting off for months. Unfortunately it wasn't on my to-do list so Ive made no progress in that regard. I routed the hose for the rear window washer I got from hcthbck. It was a pita as anticipated. Guess that's why I put it off. But anyway it is possible to do, and if its possible it can be done. Only thing left is the spray nozzle, I thinking of using one from the front of the car with two nozzles for better coverage.

Working on the festivas is a pleasant escape sometimes.

Well, here not all Festiva do have it... it's only optional which can found most common on Festiva LX and GL model.

It don't have one in there?

The fish line pulled loose three times and I had to start over, it got bound up some where ???  There is only a small channel to pull it through. You're right, is isn't easy but challenging. I tried it on the parts car first before I tore into freshtiva. Finally got it I wish I could work on the festivas everyday. Its a lot more fun than working for a living.
A healthy distraction but a ruinous disease  Ill try both the nozzles and let you know.

the hatchbacks here never had rear wipers. the ones that do have them are using surplus hatches from korea.

Although the windshield spray nozzle isnt well suited for the rear window it is great for washing the headlights of the guy behind you at a stop light or for surprising people at walmart or for laying down an oil slick in case you are being pursued.... Oh well ,back to the drawing board.
