It seem slight different placement of screw tabs/threads but might little custom work on it while the shape is same?

well I was at the yard today and saw a random station wagon with the hood open showing off a B6... I had just read this post this morning so I immediately guessed what it was... a Tracer wagon!... so I took the liberty of test fitting the lights to a festy that was there and snapping a couple pics.

All in all, not a bad fit, and IMHO they look much better than the stock festy lights. The only real modifications I see would be drilling the holes for the two mounting screws and one peg thing that holds it in place and figuring out a way to close the gap at the top, because as warlocke pointed out, the festiva one is about an inch taller. I'd like to see this done, and if noone else does it I may have to try it out sometime.
                            No festiva for me ATM...

Even if you get these light to fit you'll have to rig up some kind of reverse light...
