  • HAve you seen this rim on a festiva?????

    ok so i was telling Muscle Carl about these rims i got i havent seen any of them on any care on here. they kind of look like matt swabs miata rims but there festi bolt pattern with a ford logo in the center heres a picture i have 4 of them i was just seeing if anyone else has seen them. i might also sell them so i have moeny to go to ohio stiva if anyones intrested. sorry there so dirty

        any clue as to what they are from? they look almost like maybe they are from some early mazda but with the same ford center caps my escort LX wheels have... the center caps fit a lot of mazda wheels too... maybe they are mazda and someone swapped the center caps a while back?
        No festiva for me ATM...

          I'm thinking those may be EXP rims from the mid-eighties. Or some other old Escort derivative.

          Just a guess.

            Ya I was going to say old escort ( pre 1988 ) maby escort turbo and I would put my money on those being EXP rims....... ford did not really have any other FWD's with that size of rims......
            Previous owner of 8 festivas... looking for number 9

                      are you going to help?? its alot of elbow grease i need to find a quicker way to do it my dremel is to small........i dont think a bench buffer will work...

                        i think those are from the early escort fx4. lady had one in michigan where i lived, neat car. little turbo motor made barely 120 horse.
                        is not sposed ta do that...

                          They are not EXP or GT wheels the escort uses a 4x4.25 patterns not the 4x4.5 of the festy
