Same bolt pattern 4x100... so yes it will fit but I thought the rio's had 14's?

01 and 02 had 13 inch wheels. Are they the same wheel as used on the aspire?

Yes they fit I bought what I thought was a set of 14" rims from a kia rio. The one I was shipped fit.
