  • Festiva question

I just purchased a 93 Festiva GL last friday for $50. The main problem it had was that it needed a new battery and the fluids changed. I was wondering if there's any mods I can do to the car to pass California's emission laws.

get a new catalytic convertor, and muffler, other than that it shouldn't need anything.

the car will pass smog since i checked the exhaust out before buying it. i was thinking more of putting on a high flow muffler or changing the headers on it.

Festiva Motorsport sells Festiva headers for both the 1.3 and 1.6 SOHC engines.
