Wow that is so weird to see that in another car! mamabear, that bar is actually a big part in the side strength of the roll cage, that is what will keep the side of the car from crushing in, in a side impact.

Logan do you like the seats? When i installed them i was very surprised how firm they were, IMO they didn't flex a lot and were very comfortable.

Looks really good man, those welds look great!! Those are some sweet speakers you have in your rear plastics too

Every car I have owned has had a turbo in it, until I bought this latest festiva.. I plan to fix that though.

haha, yeah I have a set of 6x9's I am hoping will fit in the same spot to replace those pioneers, if not I guess they will be fine. I still need to paint all the plastics black, but I think it is getting there.

I am in the middle of trying to get the engine and transmission apart at the moment so hopefully it is just the clutch.

Oh and that bar over the steering wheel, besides adding alot of side impact protection, it also makes a great " OH $@!T! " handle for the passenger.

Very sweet cage... I would've tried running those front bars through the dash somehow (similar to the Jeep setups on the TJ's)... Could've run that bar across the defrost vents and one along the top of the windshield area.

Aside from that, sweet setup. I'd like to do something that nuts, but it's a lot of $$...

Simon, Its easier said than done to run the cage through the dash (specially when you want to keep air and electrical parts), even running it on top of the dash would have been more work than you would want. There also is a bar running along the top of the wind shield.

The cage was only 300 shipped to my house. It was just a lot of time invested...

Ian - oh, no doubt about it that there'd be more work involved to have it run through the dash... But it sure would look sweet that way.

kuntry - That's exactly why I painted it like that in the first place (and kept it over 3 Festivas)... I saw it one day, fell in love and knew that when I was ready to paint, my car would be that color...

                                Really P*ssed About This.

FestivaGt(Don't ever buy from him, if he ever comes back, he still owes me a 1.3 rebuilt head) ~ Gforcefd

You NEVER got the head because you started PARTING MY CAR THE DAY YOU GOT IT.

------ THIS MADE ME MAD ------

You never came to get the head because you knew I was gonna pull YOUR head off your shoulders when I saw you.

The ONLY reason I sold My car TO YOU or anything I had for it to you was because you were gonna do somthing with it(promised). I could have parted it and made the money myself. But instead I sold it to someone who I thought could do somthing with it. I also GAVE you the sideskirts, extra (40k)engine and a bunch of one off stuff I had for the car WORTH WELL OVER DOUBLE WHAT YOU PAID FOR JUST THE CAR! I EVEN DELIVERED IT FOR FREE!

------- MAN AM I A BAD GUY TO DEAL WITH!! -------

For the few hundred I sold it to you for I would have rather seen it in the junkyard if I had known you were gonna do that - THAT'S PRETTY TWO-FACED OF YOU LOGAN. If there is anyone out there that should be a bit leery of being dealt with - it would be YOU.

Now you have the AUDACITY to slam MY NAME IN HERE? I will NEVER do ANY sort of BUSSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN.

Go AHEAD keep slamming my name - YOUR THE ONE WHO DID WRONG.

Yes, I STILL HAVE THE HEAD - ANY TIME YOU WANT TO COME AND GET IT - I WILL GIVE IT TO YOU. I ---- CAN'T WAIT ---- TO SEE YOU!! It is STILL WAITING FOR YOU - ALONG WITH ME.
                                HENRY.
