i have read a couple of posts that seafoam maybe damaged an engine.
is this true? did someone add it to their oil?

i added it a few times to my neon and it still runs fine :/There is no replacement for displacement, except for the turbo in my basement. -
If I remember , you can add it to the gas , oil, or in the carb directly , or thru a vac hose .
Just read the directions , I have never heard of any problems .

Ive seafoamed all three parts of my festy, I cleaned the throttle body too, oil came out black as sin itself, when i did the upper thru the booster vaccuum line, now that was halarious! I live right by an on ramp for the highway and there was sooo much smoke it clouded up the whole highway! thought i was going to cause an accident...1990 Festiva LComment

If you run Bosh injectors becarefull using any sort of injector cleaner only use cleaner approved for Bosh Injectors. The Seals on the Boshes are softer than most and some cleaners eat away at the interior seals . . . next thing you know your droping 150 a pop on four new injectors. (Have seen it myself)
