I would put them in a container of carb cleaner, kerosene, or maybe 100% bio-diesel(supposed to be a good solvent).
Would be better if you could get the solvent into the injector and have it spray, but might not be easy to get solvent to them and have them fire.
So a good long soak in above solvents should help considerably.
If you have them out and in a small container could probably use a couple of bottles of injector cleaner or seafoam straight-up!

you can also try Xylene, you can get it at your local "super hardware" store (lowes, home dpt. etc.) it's what the military uses to clean parts and it doesn't wear out or evaporate!!!!

Don't think they are easily disassemble!
Or at least not without special tools.

DO NOT attempt to disassemble the injectors, they won't go back together properly and concequently become junk.

I took mine out and used a small brass pick and dug out the junk that was built up to the top , Then I turned them upside down and sprayed them carb spray letting it fall back out how it went in .

I have to agree with matt and r34king. I sent off two sets to them....at separate times and it made a world of difference. The owner was a top notch guy too. When htchbck and I were diagnosing a problem with my b6 swap, we figured it was a clogged injector. It was. The injectors come back looking like new. I highly recommend them.

Here's how I do them (you're at your risk of course if you try it ).

                            1) I use a spare injector pigtail (buy at Autozone etc.).

                            2) Get the 9 volt battery connector out of one your kids noisy toys.

                            3) Solder these two setups together.

                            4) Install a 9 volt battery in your new injector harness.

                            5) Plug harness into injector "firing" the injector (opening it with the 9 volt battery).

                            6) Spray carb cleaner through the injector (I used a small rubber tip from my vacuum gauge set on the carb cleaner straw so it fit the injector better).

                            7) You can actually watch the spray pattern change as the injector gets clean. When you get a nice fan shaped pattern, clean the next injector.

I've done this with my 2.3 turbo peak and hold injectors and my brother has done it with 5.0 Mustang saturated injectors without trouble. Of course, try at your own risk!

                              Man, your a genius!

Do us all a favor and perhaps write an article with pics!
Also could pickup a pig tail from the JY as well as an extra set of injectors to have as a pre-cleaned ready to go set!

You find any particular cleaner or solvent works better than others?
