    Is there a differrence in the alternator for a Carb versus EFI Festiva?

    not that i'm aware of. part #s the same, just might have to swap pullies.
    Trees aren't kind to me...

    currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
    94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.

      That is what I was told, different pulley. However, there was info that i read stating that one was rated at 50 amps and the other 45 amps. Pulley difference swaying the output amperage?

        are they interchangeable with the b6t engine? I imagine they would be lighter weight!

          I don't think that just because they are less amps that they would be any lighter.

            carbureted ones have a connector for the electric choke. don't know about efi model.
