How do you adjust the idle (up the rpms) on a 90 FI auto?

The little black rubber plug on top of the intake , right by the throttle body .
Pull that plug out and you can change the idle speed with the screw there ..
Just turn it about 1/4 at a time , and let it settle , and then some more if you need to .------------------------------------------------

ok, this is were i step in and (finally) post pick and explinations of parts on the carb so that a sticky can be made (in the morning)Trees aren't kind to me...
