how to remove both bumbers bumper

its it just a few bolts or some screw in there to im looking to get both of them off so i can paint them.

The front bumper skin you can remove, there is a screw on each side, and a bunch of plastic screw retainer clip things under neith, The back one ou have to to unbolt from inside the rear hatch, 4 bolts, 2 on eacy side, gold colored.
