1990 festiva head bolt torque ft/lbs

  • 1990 festiva head bolt torque ft/lbs

    I'm 60 years old and I think the setting is 68 to72 lbs on head bolts. Am I right or senile already.

    35-40 ft lbs on the first step, 56 to 60 ft lbs on the second step.

        according to haynes IIRC it's 75 ftlb on the SECOND try (30-40 on the first)
        Trees aren't kind to me...

        currently: 2 88Ls (Scrappy and Jersey), 88LX, 90L(Pepe), 91L, 91GL (Skippy) 93 GL Sport (the Mighty Favakk), 94 (Bruce) & 95 Aspire SEs, 97 Aspire (The Joker),
        94 Justy 4WD, 87 Fiero GT, plus 2 parts cars. That's my fleet.
