1989, auto, efi, with a/c
This car came w/o an oxygen sensor. I had one that I put in it. My question is where should it be hooked up? I looked on my other 1989. auto and it goes into a wire bundle that runs up behind the rad. I think some of the A/C wiring harness has been removed and along with it the plug and wire for the 02S. My question is how does it hook up with the PCM? I know without it hooked up the PCM initiates a failure mode. Is that a big deal with the O2S besides a leaner fuel/air mix ?
And also is this little black part mounted by the distributor with writing on it a suppression capacitor?
