Beleive the Ford manual has the deatiled procedure.
It requires a special tool and an in-lb torque meter!

You WILL likely want to do the bearings at the same time once you get in there if they are originals. I can send the pages you are looking for if you would like to look them over, but the different sizes of spacers are, as I have had them described to me, made of that rare material "unobtainium" now. Many are having good luck with the Timken bearings, and the old spacers. That appers to be the closest tolerance sets out there, and they are readilly available to use up those reward cards you are building up at AZ

timken is what i was going to get from AZ. but had second thoughts after some searching on here about possible spacing issues with aftermarket parts.

Timken is one of the best, if not the best bearing available. They are an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) for the auto industry.
