Auto rx or seafoam?

I've searched the site, some swear by auto rx and some say seafoam? Anyhow I plan on changing the oil because when I changed the valve cover gasket there was a lot of carbon buildup everywhere. So I need to know what to add with my oil change seafoam or auto rx?

Seafoam has worked great for me...I added to the oil and to the gas tank....I had issues with the car acting like it was running out of fuel at half a tank... I used the seafoam for a bit and I can take it all the way to empty now with no issues. And as for carbon.... I ran it through a tank and then added again...when I got on it 4-5 grand shifts....it cleaned a lot of it out and now I rarely get smoke....I think it is seal issues now when it happens. just my 2 cents
