when I first start the festy in the morning(or most anytime) it really wants to stall. Also,if I turn something on or press the brake it seems to want to stall .Any ideas ??

The brake issue makes it sound like a vacuum leak somewhere.

OK ..it is a Festiva , but what year .. Injected or carbed .

^^ Yes it sounds like a possible diaphragm leak internally in the booster , or maybe a hose has a bad leak or came off .

Does it have this stalling issue only when you first crank it up or does it continue even after the engine warms up?

              It is a 1993.It does it upon start-up,mostly,but,like I said,if I turn something it kind-of wants stall,but,doesn't.

I had the same problem, turned out to be a bad fuel regulator.
