Found the problem!! There is a plastic linkage that moves the flapper door broken. I have a shoe string holding the lever down, and the heat is on. Now all I have to do is find someone that would be willing to sell me these linkage parts. Thanks for all the help guys.--Jeremie

Well, I don't like the redneck fix that i've done, but at least I have heat now.
