PCV valve grommet

Replacing the cylinder head and when I removed the valve cover and the pcv valve, the grommet was pretty much disintegrated. Where do you guys get replacements for that. Local Autozone had none and the generics they had on the floor didn't seem to jive either.

I have cleaned hardened rubber parts with brake fluid, put in a plastic baggie and sprayed with silicone and let them soak. works sometimes to soften. otherwise clean with brake clean and use permatex "the right stuff" to seal it in.
