Few '89 Festiva Glitches ... Need Assistance

Could use some input towards a few minor repairs on my 1989 Festiva.

1. Radiator fan is stuck "on" 100% of the time. I removed the the "sending unit(?)", cleaned connections, installed, same result. I did purchase a new "sending unit", but I wanted to check with you guy before I installed it and wasted my money because it might be something else.

2. Temp Gage doesn't work. (Did you know gage and gauge are correct word spellings for same instrument?..... I didn't 'til I Googled them )

3. Fuel Gage doesn't work....assume it's the sending unit in the tank?

4. Bright light switch works in the you-hold-it mode, but not in the just bright light mode.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

1. Sending unit on the tstat cover is bad.

2+3. Sending units are a good place to start.

4. Sounds like switch is bad. What year is it.
