Car won't idle without choke

It's an 88 (carbed) festy and it starts fine but once it warms up and the choke opens it won't idle. The rpms go all the way down and the car dies. Starts right back and will stay running if I keep the foot on the gas. This was not happening a week ago. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Probably clogged jets.

Try romping on the accelerator and closing the choke butterfly at the same time till the engine dies. The will usually pull fuel and anything else thru the jets.

Could also be a vacuum leak somewhere.
