CoonsCars it may be your air flow meter is bad it's right behind pass headlight.i was having same issues sounds like your having with my 93 festy.Ran great for few minutes then fall out replaced everything before found problem.Worth a shot if haven't found problem.

Hey guys, sorry for the late reply. The issue is for sure the fuel tank. It is all beat up from dragging over rocks. If I keep it above half a tank she runs great! Drove it about 500 miles two weeks ago and had no issues! Thanks for all the replies
