So I had someone replacing the fuel filter for me, they took both lines off the injector line for some reason, so I have the correct line from the tank going to the fuel filter, but not sure from the outflow of the filter which fuel rail it goes to. I guess one is a return and one is a feed.

The line from the top of the Fuel Filter should go to the Fuel Rail that sticks out right under the Throttle body. It sticks out about even with the Oil Cap if you look at it straight on an has a slight upward curve."The White Turd" 1993 Festiva 144k miles. (Winner of FOTM November 2016)
