i was told if i remove the axle from my 95 aspire the spider gears will fall into the tranny, that would make it really difficult to change the clutch.

I 've had the spider gears fall on me.Ive had really good luck about them not falling.but it sucks when they do.So a quick run down on how I now pull the transmissions .I pop the passengers side axle and leave it in the car but I leave the drivers side axle in the transmission.
