There is a single blade connector located at the base of the Thermostat housing. If it is unplugged or not getting a connection it will run the fan constantly. The Heater only works in the Defrost and Floor position so you will not feel any heat coming out of the front vents and there is no easy way to fix that.

thanks, I checked it there with my dad with a tool that lets us know if there is power there, it' lights up on the tool, so either that is bad and stuck or I have a wire issue. I ordered a new sensor for there, and the other one to the left of it, that isn't in the thermos housing, and a new dual stage thermostat as recommended in tips. I know the green sensor on the intake is newer so it should be fine, I don't believe I replaced either of these 2 at the time so I will start there. The one you mentioned I attempted to clean, and put some themo gel on for better contact and it didn't seem to help. Can't remember for sure if that one was ever replaced so figure I will try that know that check that box, then move on to a wire issues.

I did notices where my fan connects with the plug to the harness has a short, if you move it, there is a slight trickle of spark on the wire before the plug so that may be the issue, not sure if I can buy plugs to redo those or not.

or must wire them direct, I believe the plug is just for the ability to remove and replace the fan system.

        Thanks,
