I have several Festivas (1990-1993) that all have the same problem. I don't get much heat. Is this a common heater problem? I haven't had time to check any of them out yet. Any suggestions?

If you don't already know, make sure you have airflow set to down (towards legs.) That's the only way the heater works (by design!)
If you were aware of this quirky setup and still don't have heat, I always look at the thermostat next. But perhaps someone with more knowledge will have better advice.
