Window regulators. re electric and manual regulators interchangeable?

Working on my 1989 L.

The old manual regulators are well work and loose as a goose. I have converted a lot of late model Mustangs to electric windows. Now I want to do it to my festy.

I wilt also be looking for new window tracks.
