b3 timing which pins to earth out in diog

Hi all from Australia. I have a 1998 ford festiva wf with a 1.3 B3 engine. 5speed manual. I need to know which pins in the diagnostic connection to earth out thanks. Pictures would be great. Ive read the manual but It doesn't seem to show much. Also am I suppose to let it run with the connections earthed out? Thanks.
