There are a lot of reasons for your 75mph shake. Are your tires balanced? Are ALL of your suspension components up to par? (Even the suspension parts on the rear of the car?)

The hubs are rarely involved with any "shaking" Failing hubs are usually indicated by the bearings going bad (it happened to me...very noisy).

The Festiva's small size can really magnify even the smallest thing. You'd be surprised...

Find a manual, or find a mechanic to look at it. Also, try to give more details, so we can help you...

      Cheers,

      Scott

Some questions to help with diagnostics.
Do you feel the vibration in the steering wheel?...and is it the first thing to start vibrating?
Will applying the brakes reduce or increase the vibration.
        This is just a start.
Be advised n mis-behaving component (a lot to choose from) can cause your symptoms.

Could be bad tires or out of balance. Mine shook terrible when I first got it. Balancing tires fixed it.

You might try rotating the tires to see if it feels different. That should put the blame on the tires or balancing. Make sure they're all inflated to proper pressure.
