90 Festiva cuts out

After a few minutes running, my 90 Festiva keeps cutting out. It does not shut off completely. Anyone familiar with this problem?

mine did this- not stopping but low in power- did not not know where to look. But after taking out the gas tank did notice the air supply line was plugged. Replaced rusted line and soldered up the leaking holes- now no problems.
