No power to ignition switch

Hi, I have 1989 fuel injected engine with automatic transmission.
there is no power to the ignition switch. The only thing that comes on is headlights. Tail lights do not come on. Any ideas or direction would be wonderful. All fuses under dash work. The three wire fuses on drivers side are showing lower in and out. Thanks in advance.

When I have problems with the ignition switch I spray WD-40 (or contact cleaner) into the key hole and work it around with the key. Works for some problems. There have been discussions here about the igniton switch with photos if you want to try the search box in the top right corner of the screen.
