My 1993 ford festiva trying to change the wheel bearings and brakes but can't get the wheel drum off took axel nut off have a new one disconnected the brake cylinder Incase brakes was sezed but still won't move there's no pin on the spindle any help would be appreciated

It's probably just pressure not releasing in the brake drums? One thing that's worked for me is to bolt the wheel back on and pound on it from the back. Should do it. Good luck.
PS Is the emergency brake working? The (clevis) pin on the back of the drum can get rusted which can cause problems with brake release. Try to clean, oil, and jerk or tap free.Original owner of silver grey carburetted 1989 Festiva. 105k km as of June 2006. 140k km as of June 2021.
