wiper hose through c pillar

I picked up a rear hatch with wiper from the junkyard today. Got everything installed except for the hose that runs through the c pillar from the nozzle to the reservoir on the passengers side. Anyone have any tips? I tried different kinds of wire as well as the original hose. Every time i try and feed it through it gets caught on something.

Nevermind, if you peel back the headliner there are more holes to access.
