heater case adjustments

dose anyone know how to adjust the little doors that control floor/def? i took my heater case completley apart, now the settings are screwy. on def most of the air goes to the floor and some leaks out the dash vents. but i dont think its a cable adjustment problem. because on def the leaver on the case is pushed all the way.

Not sitting my car know...but doesn't the damper control go from DEF to DEF/FLOOR before the dash vents...thus if your only blowing out the def and dash and not the floor...it might not be an adjustment problem between the user lever and the main damper but a roblem with a secondary link...Just an idea?!?!
