  • Sway Bar Questions

Checking prices for the worst case scenario in my accident..

Where can I find the sway bar brackets for my Aspire? I know you guys can get them at Rock Auto, I believe, for the festy's, but I can't seem to find them for mine. I've found bushings for the sway bar ends also, but not the ones that go with the brackets.

    Help? Part numbers?

Anyone know where to buy new sway bars? I can't find those either. Thinking I'll have to go to a pick n pull.

    Thanks!

you'll be able to find new bushings, but I highly doubr you'll find the hard parts new anywhere. Pick-n-pull may be your best bet.

bushing: energy susp part # 9.5161 should be right (1" dia bar)

      ebay : http://tinyurl.com/3xytmk

the other parts (i assume your talking about the plates that the bushings are bolted to?) you will have to get from a JY, or i may be able to find another set from a friend.

I got my festiva bushings off the shelf at Autozone, but not all stores stock them... I'm not sure about the aspire ones which is why i posted the link.
