  • Wiper help

Sometimes if I haven't used my wipers for a while, I hit the switch and nothing. So what I have to do is shut it off completely, turn the switch on and restart the car and they work automatically. I would leave it but I smell a impending disaster if I fly under a group of birds at the wrong time. Thanks , Eric

ok help wiping i got this one...get a good wad of tp, spread and start at the front and work your way back. repeat until clean. heh just kidding, sounds like your switch is going out. buy a intermittant switch from tim and see if that fixes it.

This would be alot funnier if it didn't happen to me once. Going south on 69 in Oklahoma my windshield was completely covered in bird crapola. I didn't even see a flock of birds. TP did save me until I found a carwash the wipers would only smear it. I was wondering if a relay was going out i'll try a new switch though. Thanks Eric
