Is there a best place to tap into the vacuum system on a carberated Festiva? And is there a best place on the injected models? Thanks

Not sure what you are trying to hook up , but you can always put a T in line of a vac hose to tap into .
There really is not that many on a FI car , maybe on top of the Throttle body .
I am not real familiar with the carb model .------------------------------------------------
