You're going to have to replace the swaybar and possibly a few of the other suspension components. Make sure you didn't bend the frame where it meets the suspension, then you can have some real problems."If you're not first you're last!" -Ricky Bobby

Just that bushing that was missing would make you tire go back a little bit. An Aspire swaybar is an upgrade anyway so what I would do is replace the swaybar with an Aspire one first. Than if that doesnt fix it then do the lower control arm , ect. From what you are discribing I think the swaybar is the problem.

i noticed that the sway bar on an aspire is different than one on a festiva... and i started looking at my sway bar and it doesn't seem bent.. i'm thinking maybe it's the lack of bushing on that side...cause i'm missing my sway bar to arm bar bushing on my driver side and also my sway bar to frame bushing.. and an aspire sway bar to frame bushing is different. the inner hole is a different diameter the aspire sway bar is bigger... biglay5150 if you happen to have a sway bar to frame bushing would you consider selling it??
