So i found a decently experienced guy to help me work on my front brakes, but he has never done these kind of rotors. I wanted to know if anybody has any suggestions about how to do them and what tools i will need. Ive heard that if you do the job wrong you can blow out your wheel bearings, how do i avoid this? thanks

Front Brakes???

I know this might sound like some bad advice, but hear me out...
On these reverse-mounted front rotors, it's incredibally hard to change the rotors. So I just run the Lifetime Replacement brake pads from Autozone. I don't resurface the rotors at all, and once they warp or crack, then I'd change them (Ironically Autozone has lifetime replacement rotors as well...). Personally, I don't notice a difference in stopping power when resurfacing the rotors, it just makes the pads last a little longer. But since you can get new pads whenever you want, you don't need to worry about pad life.
I've been up and down the road with brake pads, and by far, the Autozone ones are the best bang for the buck (FREE!!!). The only thing I don't like about them, is their first heat cycle. They're not FULLY broken in, until you heat them up, A LOT! But that's similar among all the street pads I've tried...
