Ok so ive noticed that my vaccum lines going to my stock b3 air cleaner are missing. The ones by the egr tubes when looking around I only found one hose with blue lines on it. Does anyone know which lines go to the two blanks next to those huge rubber hoses on an 88' carbed festiva? ANY help would be greatly apreciated!!!! im trying to get it all right before i tear down for the rebuild.

Do you mean the two large diameter rubber hoses comming out of the aluminum device on the driver's side of the air cleaner. There was a thread here about reconnecting the 4 small rubber hoses to that device that last winter. If that's the information you need, and you can't locate the thread, let us know and the information can be reposted.Original owner of silver grey carburetted 1989 Festiva. 105k km as of June 2006. 140k km as of June 2021.

Three of the connections go to the 4 solenoids on the firewall that are grouped together above your master cylinder. Left to right they are color coded green, white, red, then blue. Standing on the drivers side, looking directly at the Pulse Reed Valve assy on the air cleaner, the connections left to right are: dashpot on left of the assy to blue solenoid, at the bottom of the assy l to r first connection to a one way check valve located below the assy(green and white) which goes into the tangle of vacuum hoses to the charcoal canister and such, second connector on assy to white solenoid, third connector to green solenoid on firewall. The blue solenoid connection is made toward the firewall in the middle of it, the white and green solenoid connections on top of the respective solenoid. The vacuum diagram on the hood may help you also.
