The auto takes the Mercon, too. The only difference is that the MTX takes 2.6 quarts and the auto takes around 5 quarts. (5.6, I believe)
I forgot to drain the tranny Monday when I was changing my drive axles, so I had to look it up in the owner's manual to see what to put back in after I dumped it all over my driveway. The owner's manual had the capacity of both in it.http://www.cardomain.com/id/hawkdoc60
