Better fuel mileage

My steva that I use for work is getting about 43 mpg. It's a 5 speed no air. It originally got 46 mpg.

What's the best mileage you get outta yours?
What to do to get the absoulute best fuel mileage?

The smoother the ride, the better the gas milage. Start slow and coast to a stop.
Other things not mentioned in the thread
- avoid hills, headwinds, and heavy traffic
- in winter use a block heater for an hour (I tested and it's 2 cents an hour here)
