    What else to do....

    Change the output seals. $5-$10 each. Don't score the bores when taking them out.

    Pull the fork and pivot shaft. Clean the parts and reinstall with some grease.

    Change the pilot bearing locted in the end of the crank.

    Clean all of the fasteners and threaded holes. I'm and anti sieze addict.

    Clean the gorund connections...I think there's one near the starter bracket.

      I would just replace the flywheel while you have it out. To get it machined, would almost be the cost of a new one, if not more. I didn't have my flywheel machined the last time I replaced my clutch and the clutch didn't want to grab that well.
      I had the flywheel resurfaced (couldn't wait for a new one) and the clutch grabs like crazy now.
