old Ford wheel

I just found an old Ford steering wheel on the Bay.
It sure has a different look to it.
I like the Ford logo, but I am unsure if it will fit for $5.

it has two slip rings, so it most likely will not fit.

Are there any "specs" one should look for in an aftermarket steering wheel for the Festy?

The eBay item number is 260284039205. It still has a week to go.
I asked the seller for the center diameter of the horn commutator two days ago, but no response. It is from an old Ford Laser only sold down under. I won't touch this one.
