  • Engine Cooling fan switch

Anyone here have a good NAPA number on an engine fan cooling switch that screws into the thermostat housing. Automatic, 92 model with air if that matters.

      Ford part number

Did you already try for the genuine Ford part number at your local Ford parts department?

Joe: Whose part # is that switch/sensor? NAPA?

They showed two like that. One for around $50 and a cheaper one for mid $30's. For some reason, I didn't think they looked right. So they got the book out and showed me a dual pin switch for about $17.

I didn't try the Ford dealer. Since I have that number I'll try them and the one Joe furnished.

        Thanks.

EDIT: I clicked on that link. I see it's NAPA online.

I saw the tow sep listings at the NAPA site....did not look into the differences other than $'s. Sometimes it just warranty that you pay for.

Anyway...single pin is the right one.
