Big Transmisssion Problem need Help

Good day all, i'm having a problem with my gearbox for some time now and need some advice. The car is jumping out of fourth gear only, some time i try to hold it in with no luck, i was told it needed a ring called barker ring or something to that sort, if its so where can i get that part?

you most likely need not only the blocking ring, but the speed gears as well. Best of luck finding them.
