No power to fuel pump

Can anyone help me?
Ive got a 96 festiva(australia) is that an aspire?
been in small accident, now theres no power to the pump, if you put power straight to the pump it works. fuses and relay seems ok.
I got a hayes manual and it says something about a inertia switch in the back that needs resetting, but i cant find it, i took all the interier out of the back, still cant find it.
Would it be somewhere else? remember im in australia so it might be different to usa model.

On the US festivas the reset switch is located under the left rear speaker. Just press the red button.
