the horn on a festiva, or the S2000 in the pic?
The festiva horn is behind the bumper cover on the driver's side corner.

Both of my festivas, the 90 and the 92 have the horn on the passenger side on the back of the radiator core support. The two festivas that I had years ago were the same.
