  • Swaybar Bracket Bushings?

Does anyone sell these? I'll be getting the ones that go into the control arms, but what about the ones under the front bumper that hold the sway bar up? Mine look like crap!

Even if you didn't find them, you should call them, they have a lot of stuff not on the site!

You can get them from energy suspension as well. Part #9.5158 for a stock swaybar.

The brackets they come with have elongated holes so that they can fit multiple applications... this can cause a problem as it lets the bushing move back and forth a little. There are a few fixes for this: you can cut down the poly insert so it fits into your stock bracket, you can weld washers to the energy susp bracket so that it can't move back and forth any more, or you can just find some heavy washers that will keep the bracket spaced correctly. I just used a couple of thick washers, but I think welding a washer to the bracket would be the best way to go. I know someone else cut the bushing, but I haven't tried that myself (there's just a little lip on each side that needs to be trimmed off).

You can get them on ebay for around $25 shipped, I bought mine at autozone (not all places carry them) for around $23 IIRC.

I've got a set that was on my car for about 2,000mi before I swapped to the aspire swaybar, has the brackets and everything still. You can have them for $20 shipped if you want them, just PM me.

Thesway bar end bushings (go in the control arm) are available also at most autoparts stores.... Advance Auto Parts has them, Napa, Autozone, etc.

I have heard that FMS "High Durometer" ones are the same as the Moog ones available elsewhere.
